University Rehabilitation Institute SOČA has started a 27- day rehabilitation of the 13th group of wounded children from Gaza, victims of armed conflicts. 8 severely injured children will benefit from a wide-ranging rehabilitation program that will provide significant improvement in their motor abilities.
In cooperation with the volunteers, members of the Islamic Community in Slovenia, the Foundation will organise several workshops and sightseeing tours during their stay.
We are grateful for a very constructive cooperation of the Consular Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Slovenia and Slovenian diplomatic - consular missions in Tel Aviv, Ramallah, Cairo and Amman.
Financial resources for the project are provided by the State of Qatar through the Qatar Development Fund.
