In the last days of October, four children from Gaza came to Slovenia for an extensive rehabilitation. Three boys and a girl, aged from 8 to 16, received prostheses, orthoses and other orthopedic aids, which will significantly contribute to their greater autonomy in everyday life.

Since 2009, when the then President of the Republic, Dr. Danilo Türk has launched the initiative for this project, already 167 children from Gaza were brought to Slovenia.
